The Program Director leads the development and management of programs that support veterans and individuals reentering their communities. They oversee service delivery, partnerships, and program evaluation to ensure initiatives align with the organization’s mission of promoting healing, stability, and successful reintegration through holistic and community-based approaches.
Velva Horton
Payee Services Manager
The Payee Services Manager oversees financial management programs that help clients maintain stability and independence. They ensure accurate budgeting, benefits management, and compliance with fiduciary guidelines while leading a team that provides compassionate, client-centered support to veterans and individuals in reentry or recovery programs.

Grant Writer
The Grant Writer researches, develops, and writes funding proposals to support programs serving veterans and individuals in reentry. They work closely with leadership to identify funding opportunities, craft compelling narratives that reflect the organization’s mission, and ensure timely submission and compliance with grant requirements.
